PURSUANT to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38), notice of intention to sell is given to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAY 906L, Mitsubishi Canter, who having failed to take delivery of the same being held at the premises of Kineticar Auto Garage Limited, situated along 2nd Sunrise Avenue, off Eastern By-pass, pursuant to the several notices given to the owner to take delivery, that the said Kineticar Auto Garage Limited intends to sell the said motor vehicle either by public auction or private treaty after thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof will be used to defray all outstanding storage charges and incidental costs including costs of publishing the notices and incidental charges thereto without further notice to the owner of the said motor vehicle.
