TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 of 2017 By (1) Hannah Gakenyi Kanyutu and (2) Gerald Gitau Kanyutu Kanyutu, both of P.O. Box 65717, Kamiti in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukoma Njubi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2009. 28th April, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2013 CAUSE No. 26 OF 2017 By Judy Wamuiya Mukoma, of P.O. Box 25, Githunguri in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Mukoma Njubi, who died at Kamburu, on 29th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 34 OF 2017 By George Njoroge Kariuki and (2) George Nyamu Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 871, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kariuki Kangethe, who died at Lodnah Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same.unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
