TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2016 By Kalunde Ndukuli, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndukuli Kituli, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 1st January, 2010. CAUSE No. 434 OF 2016 By (1) Benrogers Mboti Wambua and (2) Augustus Kilonzo Wambua, both of P.O. Box 50, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Mulili, who died at Kitui, on 12th January, 2010. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2017 By Nzembi Saad, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulu Mbau Nthenge, who died at Kathyaka, on 1st January, 2010. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2017 By (1) Beatrice Mwende Kasimu and (2) Fransiscah Kasimu Mungithya, both of P.O. Box 56, Katutu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasimu Munyithya Mwania, who died at Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2017 By Kasemba Nzalu, the deceased's , brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamuti Nzalu, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 1st January, 2010. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2017 By Julius Muema Manza, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Manza Muimi, who died at Misewani Sub-location, on 11th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
