TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2016 By (1) Jacqueline Chelangat Keter, (2) Leslie Kiprotich Keter, (3) Kevin Kipkoech Keter and (4) Courtney Cherono Keter, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Kenneth Kipnyole Keter, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2015. CAUSE N0.7 OF 2017 By (1) Daniel Tajeu Masaa and (2) Lilian Lanoi Ntipilit, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Masaa Ntipilit, who died at Oloolopon Sub-location on 18th August, 1972. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2017 By (1) Daniel Tajeu Masaa and (2) Lilian Lanoi Ntipilit, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Sialo Ntipilit, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
