TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 293 of 2016 By Magdaline Awuor Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Otieno Oriwa, who died on 28th December, 2013. CAUSE No. 339 OF 2016 By Perez Adoyo Otieno, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Otieno Ongili, who died on 9th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. 373 OF 2016 By (1) Ruth Akoth Arego and (2) Julius Odhiambo Arego, both of P.O. Box 122-40105, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnic Arego Jagongo alias Domnucus Arego, late of Marera Village, Marera Sub-location, who died at Marera Sub- location, on 21st March, 2010. CAUSE No. 786 OF 2016 By Bedina Ayieko Amolo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martine Amollo Omiti alias Amolo Omiti, who died on 13th May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
