TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 426 OF 2016 By Francis Echesa Makhayo, of P.O. Box 2, Butula in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ochieng Nakhayo alias Thomas 0. Nakhayo, who died at Bulemia Sub-location, on 10th November, 2006. CAUSE No. 427 OF 2016 By Wilbrida Anyango Bwonya, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwonya Ngudi Okumu, who died at Nyakhobi Sub- location, on 28th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
