TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 27 OF 2017 By (1) Francis Kimani Njomo and (2) Francis Kamau Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 1814, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng'endo Jomo Kimani, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 29th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2017 By (1) Ngugi Gitau, (2) Wambui Gicheru Gitau (3) David Kihungi Gitau and (4) Hannah Wanjiku Kanui, all of P.O. Box 177, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gitau Ngugi alias Gitau Wangugi, who died at Kanunga, on 4th July, 1996. CAUSE No. 63 of 2017 By Hannah Njoki Itibi, of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Itibi Karumbi, who died at Kanunga, on 6th January. 2013.
