Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mbogo Chegeah, late of Kagaari South east, Kawanjara, Embu, who died at Mwembelegeza, on 17th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2017 By Inyasio Mutembei Chirio, of P.O. Box 49, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kinga, late of Kyeni northwest, who died at Mufu, on 24th August, 1997. CAUSE No. 220 OF 2017 By Nyaga Ayub, of P.O. Box 37, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Mbogo Thiri, late of Kyeni Central; Embu East, who died at Gakwegori Village in 1968. CAUSE No. 227 OF 2017 By Michael Njuki Njeru, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Muna, late of Kithimu Sub-location, Embu West, who died there on 2nd December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
