Box 2350-90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muia Mutisya, who died on 17th October, 2014. By Mary Waldo Kilelu, of P.O. Box 142, Ng'ambwa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbela Kilelu Mwasi, who died at Mnamu, on 6th October, 2009. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2017 By Juma Mwambogha Hamisi, of P.O. Box 94, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khamisi Mwamboga Waali, who died at Koya, Ilole, on 9th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
