CAUSE No. 5 OF 2017 By Joseph Ndirangu Nuthu, of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingori Ndirangu alias Kingori s/o Ndirangu alias Nuthu Ndirangu, who died at Kiriaini Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 1994. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2017 By (1) Priscilla Wambui Mutero and (2) Nicodemas Matheri Mutero, both of P.O. Box 48, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangui Kingori, who died at Kiaguthu Sub-location, on 12th March, 2007. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Njoki Ngumi and (2) Bernard Wachira Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 73, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wangui Ruita, who died at Gura Sub- location, on 5th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
