TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2017 By (I) Francis Onyango Omondi (2) Joseph Owino Omondi and (3) Michael Oduor Omondi, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bemados Oruaya alias Bernadus Akwede Amondi, who died on 12th April, 1971. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2017 By Margaret Awuor Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 2135, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen John Otine Odhiambo, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
