TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2017 By (1) Ogeto 0. Patrick and (2) Livingstone Ogeto Nyarango, both of P.O. Box 2943, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widower and father-in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Divinah Nyaboke Nyarango, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 8th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
