Box 3634, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Sergoit/Koiwoptaoi Block 3 (Shamtrek)/14, situate in the district of Uasin Grshu, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 226 of 2071, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of J. NYAMAMBA, ltnd Registrar, Nakuru Distnct. MR/3534810 -4- grant in favour of (1) Morris Barmao Kimaiyo and (2) Kenneth Kipkoech, both of P.O. Box 3634, Eldoret, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land rcgisrcred in the name of Kimaiyo arap Chemweno alias William (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issucd in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, pmvided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispcnse with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with rcgistration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by ransmission in the names of (1) Morris Barmao Kimaiyo and (2) Kenneth Kipkoech, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimaiyo arap Chemweno alias William (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
