WHEREAS Feisal Ahmed Said, of P.O. Box 306–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land known as portion No. 4891, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered under title LT. 41, Folio 25/1, File No. 11189, and whereas the original indenture in respect of the land thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture of the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
