THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdul Mansour Ali, of P.O. Box 1017, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/1012, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is lost/missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
