IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (3) of County Government Act, it is notified for the information of the general public that following the election held on 7th September, 2017 for the positions of County Assembly Speaker and Deputy Speaker. The following— Joshua Kiptoo Cherwuon, Wilson Kipkurui Sang, were validly elected as Speaker and Deputy Speaker, respectively, pursuant to Article 178 (1) and 178 (2) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya.
