REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bawazir Glassworks Limited, of P.O. Box 87550, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2365 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XLVII/156, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
