REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Maina Gacheru, of P.O. Box 10106, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0451 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngobit/Supuko Block II/4651 (Wiumiririe), situate in Laikipia District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the land title deed has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
