REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdul Campus Hostels Limited, of P.O. Box 1017, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XVII/1585, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register provided no valid objection has received within that period, and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
