REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Karugu Ndii, of P.O. Box 7034–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.776 hectare or thereabouts, known as Thegenge/Gathuthi/1168, situate in Nyeri District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register provided no valid objection has received within that period.
