NOTICE is given of the final general meeting of members in the above matter which will be held in Nairobi on 23rd October, 2017, at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and giving any explanations thereof. The liquidators act on behalf of the company without any personal liability. MUNIU THOITHI & KURIA MUCHIRU, MR/3487399 Joint Liquidators. The company in liquidation was previously purely mandated to manage LG Electronics Service Centres across the country, a role that has now been taken up by a local distributor, and will therefore not affect the operations of LG Electronics Africa Logistics FZE, the local marketing subsidiary of LG Electronics.
