Pursuant to the above legal provisions, the Clerk of the County Assembly of Embu declares the two vacancies rn the County Assembly Service Board and invites applications frorn rnterested persons, who qualily to serve as members. Re q ui r e me nts Jit r Ap pointme nt The applicant (s) must fulfil the following requirements- (a) must be a Kenya citizen; (D) must be a residont of Embu County, with knowledge and experience in public affairs but not a Member of the County Assembly: (c/ holds q degree from a university recognised in Kenyal (d) has at least ten years' experience in pubhc affairs; fe) meets'the requirements of leadenhip and integrity in Chapter Srx of the Constinltion of Kenya. 2010.
