REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Njeri Kimani, of P.O. Box 44-00515, Bururu in the Republic of Kenya, being the personal representative of Walter Kimani Ndungo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.6, 0.81, 1.74, 0.64 and 0.57 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Loc. Loc. 10/Gatheru/933, 1123, 1124i Loc.8/Ndikwe/211 and 273, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
