IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) and (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, the Governor of Taita Taveta County confers the status of a town on the following areas- Voi, Taveta, having met the eligibility and criteria set out in the Act for the grant of the status of a town.
