WHEREAS Tomb Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 28321- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land Situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 85966, and whereas Torino Enterprises Limited, has executed an instrument of transfer for 14th July, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4203 subdivision by a court order stating that the said grant registered as I.R. 85966 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer of subdivision.
