WHEREAS Mutegi Ndiritu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabare/Kidtine/350, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 84 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Alice Wanjiku Njine, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Alice Wanjiku Njine, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mutegi Ndiritu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Ireri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Patrick Muriuki Ireri and (2) Margaret G. Ireri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ireri Gachoki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 14th July, 2017. R. M.
