WHEREAS Stephen Mutua, of P.O. Box 8, Mwala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Athi River/Athi River Block 5/140, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 44 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Priscillar Nduku Nzisi, of P.O.
