NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap, 38) of the laws of Kenya to collect their motor vehicle stored under card No. 0500 (KCG 006P) Toyota land cruiser, KBE 3590 Nissan B 15, KBB 983W Toyota Caldina, KBN 880M Toyota Fun Cargo and KCL 093K Toyota Hiace (Double Cab) lying uncollected at the premises of Ultra Auto Tech Kenya Limited along Langata Road, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Auto Tech Kenya Limited all the storage charges and any other payments and incidental costs including cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
