the following special resolution was duly passed. "The company be wound up as a Members' Voluntary Windrng Up and that Messrs Muniu Thorthr and George Weru, of P.O. Box 43963- 00100, Nairobi, Kenya, be and are appointed Joint Lrquidators for the purpose of the winding up". Creditors of the company are requrred on or before 24th November, 2O17, to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the company to the undersigned, the Joint Ligutdator of the Company, and if so required, by notice rn writing from the Jornt Liquidator, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove thei debts or claims set out in such notrce, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distnbution made before such debts are proved.
