APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (a) of the Private Security Regulation Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces appoint— STEPHEN P. NGANGA (PROF.) to be the Chairperson of the Private Security Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st July, 2017 and revoke the appointment* of Amos Ntimama.
