GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6943

WHEREAS Lawrence Ochoki Nyamori, of P.O. Box 14253– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Mavoko/Town Block 2/4364, 4365 and 4366, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 491 of 2015, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to (1) Jerusa Kwamboka Nyamori and (2) Geofrey Obare Ondieki, both of P.O. Box 14253– 00400, Nairobi, and whereas the judge has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed the grant and confirmation of the grant of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Jerusa Kwamboka Nyamori and (2) Geofrey Obare Ondieki, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to (1) Jerusa Kwamboka Nyamori and (2) Geofrey Obare Ondieki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lawrence Ochoki Nyamori, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
