REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lucio de Fabianis and (2) Maria Coppo, both of P.O. Box 26, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as leasehold proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0424 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1040 Watamu, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 46208, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided ∎ that no objection has been received within that period.
