REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tapsabei Chepkoros Mosonik, of P.O. Box 244, Litein in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Litein/1624, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 344 of 2015, has issued grant of letter of administration intestate to Kipruto arap Manyei, and whereas efforts to trace it has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue to the said Kipruto arap Manyei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tapsabei Chepkoros Mosonik, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
