WHEREAS (1) Runji Ngware (ID/4829531) and (2) Ann Ruguru Runji (ID/0885875), both of P.O. Box 68053-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.080 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Gaturi/Weru/4808, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced 6632 THE KENYA GAZEI 29th December, 2017 to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
