whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in succession cause No. 54 of 2016 has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Mary Chesang Chirchir, and whereas ROE tent evidence bps been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been losie notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (39) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
