GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10956

WHEREAS (1) Jeetendra Mehra and (2) Pravin Lata Mehra, both of P.O. Box 13916-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of Apartment No. 1 1, Matama Apartments on that piece of land known as L.R. No. 20914915, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobr area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 6797111, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the land title deed has been lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the sard land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register as providdd under sectron 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
