WHEREAS Kirori Kirite (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of Iand containing 0.22 acre or thereabouts, known as Ngenda/Gathage/T.35, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court at Gatundu in succcssion causc No. 15 of 2016, has issucd grant of lcncrs of adminisration to (1) Francis Kirite Kcrori and (2) Munyiri Kirori, both of P.O. Box 13141030, Gatundu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Kirori Kirite (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from tlre date hereof, provided no valid objection has bccn rcceived within that pcriod, I intend to dispense with the pmduction of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Francis Kirite Kerori and (2) Munyiri Kirori, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kirori Kirite (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
