APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives declares the land specified in the following Schedule to be an Export Processing Zone. SCHEDULE All that piece of land being title No. Mombasa/Block XLVIII/150 measuring approximately 6571 square metres or thereabout situated in Mombasa County. Dated the 19th December, 2017.
