THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Saade Ahemed Abdallah, of P.O. Box 82298-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2195, Takaungu, situate in Kilifi District and registered as L.R. 34, Folio 97/1, File 3015, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of the said land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
