IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 179 (2) (b) of the
Constitution as read with sections 44 (2) (b) of the County
Governments Act and upon approval by the County Assembly of
Embu in its sitting of the first session of the second county assembly held on 15th December 2017, I, Martin N. Wambora, the Governor
