NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th December, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 635, in Volume DI, Folio 320/5631, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Usama Faridun Abdalla, of P.O. Box 56151– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Usama Shabbir Yasin, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Usama Shabbir Yasin and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Usama Faridun Abdalla, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Usama Faridun Abdalla only.
