WHEREAS Hassan Ali Osman, of P.O. Box 89921–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 12754/II/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 54326, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
