THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Nzoka Lua, is registered as proprietor of that piece of containing 29.12 hectares or thereabout, known as Simissi/Ilamba A/34, situate in the district of Mutomo, and whereas the environment and land court at Machakos in case No. 51 of 2016, has issued a decree to register the said land to Josephine Kasyoka Musingi, and whereas all efforts to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said decree, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Benson Nzoka Lua shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
