PURSUANT to the Orders issued by Hon. F. Amin J. in this matter on 3rd November, 2017, and with the intention of finalizing this liquidation process, notice is issued that a creditor’s meeting has been fixed for the 27th February, 2018, at the offices of Messrs. Shapley Barret & Company, advocates, situate at 2nd Floor, Prudential Assurance Building, Wabera Street, Nairobi, and the same shall commence as from 11 a.m. All persons who deem themselves to be creditors or having claims against the company are invited to attend meeting for the purposes of, among others, registering, submitting and proving their claims for scrutiny and verification.
