TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of assorted furniture to take delivery of the said furniture which is currently lying at Top Marine Shipping Company Limited go down, Mombasa Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of thins notice, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction by Icon Auctioneers, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
