the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Messrs. Kusco (2006) Limited and Hassein Fazle—Husein Ebrahumji of Mombasa to collect the following vehicles— KBC 920V Forland ZP3200, KBP 640J Mitsubishi FH, KBH 118L Nissan Caravan, KBU 152F Toyota Dyna, that have been lying at Munns Enterprises Yard, Mombasa upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and payment of all outstanding storage charges plus any other cost incurred. Failure to which the said vehicles will be disposed by public auction, private treaty or otherwise, without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without further reference to them.
