NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1264, in Volume DI, Folio 8/121, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Mahdi Mohamed Omar (ID/27016029), of P.O Box 220–70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Barre Mohamed Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Barre Mohamed Omar and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mahdi Mohamed Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mahdi Mohamed Omar only.
