NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th July, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1901, in Volume DI, Folio 334/5754, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Florence Atui Kilingo, of P.O Box 22573– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Florence Atui Kayeli Lusige, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Atui Kayeli Lusige and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Atui Kilingo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Atui Kilingo only.
