NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1970, in Volume DI, Folio 22/318, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Sahara Gedi Mohamed, a mother to Basra Mustafa Ismail (minor), formerly known as Basra Omar Gaal (minor), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Basra Omar Gaal (minor) and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Basra Mustafa Ismail (minor), for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Basra Mustafa Ismail (minor) only.
