NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1843, in Volume D1, Folio 17/253, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Nyanga Osano Sylevester, of P.O. Box 22035–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nyang’au Osano Sylevester alias Nyang’au O. Sylevester alias Nyangau O. Sylevester, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nyang’au Osano Sylevester alias Nyang’au O. Sylevester alias Nyangau O. Sylevester, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nyanga Osano Sylevester, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nyanga Osano Sylevester only.
